你好! I'm Xiaochen Zhang (张小辰), or Susan, a passionate advocate for innovation in education and technology. My PhD research focuses on harnessing the capabilities of AI-driven education influencers at the intersection of e-learning technology and pedagogy Digitalisation.
I bring a wealth of experience from leading global initiatives at organizations like the UK Department of Business and Trade, Canva, Amazon, ByteDance (TikTok), and Google. My expertise spans:

Sharing my passion for cross-cultural understanding has always been important to me. In 2015, I had the opportunity to give a TEDx talk in Sydney to share the pivotal tech journey that transformed my life.
With my 1st startup founded in 2012, I have supported Australian businesses and government agencies navigate the complexities of the Chinese market. I'm also deeply committed to mentoring young entrepreneurs in Australia, the UK, Canada, and China, drawing on my own experiences to guide them on their journeys.
And when I'm not working or mentoring, you'll likely find me exploring the world! I've been fortunate enough to travel to over 60 countries across all 7 continents, including Antarctica.
